Aadhaar Card with linked mobile number for OTP e-KYC.
Step-by-Step Application Process
1. Open the Protean/NSDL online application portal.
2. Select Application Type: Form 49A (Indian Citizen).
3. Select Category: Individual and enter applicant details.
4. Submit temporary token number and choose 'Submit digitally through e-KYC & e-Sign'.
5. Enter Aadhaar details and parents' names.
6. Pay public processing fee (approx ₹107 for physical card, free for instant e-PAN).
7. Download acknowledgement and track dispatch status.
